Expo Japan 2025 runs for six months. During the period, you will need to bring new food and beverage products for exhibition. For each new product, you need a pre-approval by the Japanese government to label it as safe for consumption.
Prime A Japan will work with you to make sure each new product is compliant with government regulations and is instantly cleared from customs. Our standard process includes:
- Find a certified lab.
- Submit samples to the lab.
- Gather facility sanitation details
- Gather food production process details.
- Supply the information and test results to the government.
- Liaison with the Ministry of Health for approval.
- Customs clearance.
